What do I do if my item is faulty?We ask that you kindly contact our Customer Service team via the live chat function on our website or via email with your order number and images of the fault. Please note, we classify an item as faulty if it has arrived damaged or if a fault has occurred within 3 months from the order date. Damage outside of 3 months, is considered normal wear and tear.

Where is my return?All returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of being received at our warehouse. Please reach out to our Customer Service team if your tracking shows ‘delivered’ and the processing time has exceeded 5 business days. All funds should appear on your bank statement within 5-10 working days. Please note, refund processing times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside of our control.
